Awful experience

Awful experience. A domain selling for 400 Euros had it's price increased to 2500 Euros after we inquired to buy it.

Since then, they bombarded us with follow up emails about their "special price" of 2500 Euros.

Still don't have a working transfer code...

*UPDATE* Very disappointed with the customer service. We should have had a working transfer code Nov 17th when we finished the lease. We contacted customer service multiple times saying they would get back to us, then stalled by asking what domain even though we only had one domain in our account. We were then told we would get a code within 24 hours, yet we didn't receive one till wrote a negative review.

The domain is still locked by fruits on Dec 4th and we still haven't managed to transfer it even though we paid on Nov 17th...

Hi Artur,
there must have been a misunderstanding on your side about how to lease a domain. We did everything fully in line with the market standard and our terms. The transfer code can of course only be sent AFTER the leasing period — which we did. Meanwhile, you could fully use the domain. We also answered your questions.
The 1-star rating is therefore not understandable at all and pretty unfair to be honest.

Great support

Great support, helped very fast when I wanted to add custom Nameservers with a LTO domain that I bought through them. Very competent.

I bought domain, so had some ownership transfer issues

UPDATE: problem was solved after contacted via workforce social web site

I bought domain in PT and transferred it to pt.pt registry. I was able to set technical and admin fields.

But ownership is stuck on some person from Bulgaria who does not respond to ownership transfer requests. Yep, domain owned by some person I never talked, and his name is very typical for Bulgaria, there are hundreds under this name.

I contacted fruits.co two times, there did not help.
fruits.co connected with several other websites and companies doing domain trading, tried to contact them too, no response.

As per whois and per domain registry, other NIC entity and person name are still owner. That us easy to validate given website name in referenced documents.

UPDATE: removed reference, changed review to positive
