Best hardware, slow billing support reply
Ordered their service 6 days ago.
The first problem was - the payment hasn't added automatically. Wrote them and recieved funds after around 4 hours waiting.
The second problem was the server. The first time I have recieved it - it showed unavailable status in panel. Firstly, my ticket was ignored for 3 days and then I've created new one - they have fixed the problem after a day.
The third problem was the disks. I have recieved a server with no disks shown in BIOS. Wrote them - got fixed after a day (in fact support hasn't provided feedback at all)
The fourth problem - server is not connected to network correctly. Now I'm trying to reach their support for 2 days to get this problem fixed. Unsuccessfuly.
For now I don't recommend anyone to use their service. Will change this review if something new will happen.
Update 08.04.25: Ticket was answered on 21st of March. Starting from this day I had an ability to use this service.
Support answer is not really fast anyway.
Also there was a problem with a motherboard index temperatures (100 degrees). After a 5 days of waiting in ticket, they have fixed this issue and now I have around 95 degrees.
For now I don't have an ability to say something certain about nuxoa support and uptime. This review will be completely changed in the end of the first months of my service.

July:
All previously mentioned problems were addressed and resolved. Since April, all the rented servers were working normally. The only small thing that needs an attention, is a tiny bit slow reply via billing tickets.
In total:
Prices are really affordable for the uptime given. Hosting is suitable for any kind of project.
