Alerts and notifications provide updates on your saved leads and accounts, so you can take action and send well-timed, relevant, and personalized messages to your buyers. To receive alerts, you must save your leads and accounts. Alerts are available for all Sales Navigator subscription plans on your Sales Navigator homepage. For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users, alerts are also available within the Embedded Experience for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Freshworks, and Gong.

Account updates
LinkedIn will provide an alert for up to one shared post from each account (company) per day. Users can view all updates shared by that company on the account page in Sales Navigator or on the LinkedIn Company Page.

To receive these alerts, you must enable the following options in the Settings page:
- In the Email preferences section, turn on the Top Weekly Notifications toggle.
- In the Activity about saved leads section, turn on the A lead started a position at a new company toggle and the A lead started a position at the same company toggle.

Bookmarking alerts
In Sales Navigator, you can view and prioritize lead and account alerts in your Alerts feed. Click the Bookmark icon next to an alert to save it and track your leads and accounts. To see these saved alerts later, click the Bookmark tab at the top of your Alerts feed.
