Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Auto-Renewals: Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their cycle. You are responsible for managing cancellations before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.

  • Managing & Canceling: You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To do this:

    • Use the Manage Subscription link provided in your order confirmation email.

    • Or, contact us directly for help before your next renewal is processed.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot cancel or refund a subscription order that has already been processed and shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it is in stock.

  • Payment: We may charge a deposit or store your payment method and bill you once the item is ready to ship.

  • Canceling: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled and receive a refund.

  • Once the pre-order has shipped, it is considered a completed sale and follows our standard return policy.
