A psychology and neuroscience student, Amanda has devoted their life to understanding and enhancing the mind-body connection. With a background as a registered yoga and meditation teacher, a fitness trainer, and a former salon owner, she combines practical knowledge with a deep understanding of resilience, mental health, and holistic healing.
Driven by a passion for helping others overcome adversity, Amanda uses a unique blend of somatic practices, psychology, and physical fitness to help clients release trauma, restore balance, and live resilient, fulfilling lives.
