After losing both my mom and my husband to suicide and navigating years of trauma, burnout, and loss, I hit my breaking point.
I knew I couldn’t keep living in survival mode. That's when I met some people who drastically changed the trajectory of my life. They taught me to turn inward, rebuild my nervous system from the inside out, set healthy boundaries and expectations, and we created sustainable tools for emotional healing, mental clarity, and physical resilience.
