Description Of Changes

Adds missing changelog updates from several previous PRs:

• Update Ant modal hook usage #7086
• Migrate privacy notices table to Ant Design #7087
• Track active taxonomy in taxonomy view in URL #7113
• Fix repeat clicks on "delete" on custom fields causing errors #7115
