SheCode aims to increase the number of girls and non-binary students in Computer Science by fostering an environment for equitable access, opportunity, and resources.
Who We Are
SheCode, a New Haven based organization, aims to lower the initial intimidation barrier of Computer Science and create a supportive environment where students of all backgrounds can learn, collaborate, and create something incredible.
What We Do
SheCode is an initiative partnered with Yale Pathways To Science that hosts workshops teaching middle/high school girls and non-binary students basic programming skills through Scratch, HTML/CSS, and Python.
