Programs
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is essential to increase instrument reliability, ensure peak performance, and extend instrument life. We replace the most common wear parts. For benchtop units this includes the primary window, fan filter and a vacuum pump rebuild. For Petra units, this includes the sample basket window and fan filter replacement. We also perform software updates and thoroughly clean your instrument. Labor and travel included.
On-Site Operator Training
While on-site, we provide basic maintenance, operation, and best practices training to new staff and existing users.
Software Update Installation
As available and requested; software updates ensure seamless integration, and we can explain any changes.
Annual Radiation Survey
XOS ensures safe & proper functioning of your unit by evaluating interlocks, radiation protections and providing a survey.
Instrument Calibration
Your XOS service technician will perform a full factory calibration, validate, and verify all parameters to ensure peak performance.
Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty Program will give you the same factory warranty for a longer period of time. Customers can purchase a one or multi-year extended warranty at the time of instrument purchase, or while the product is still under the standard factory warranty. This program is available with the purchase of Preventative Maintenance.
