I'LL GIVE THE TALK

I agree to present my talk on the Conversations with a Mentor Clubhouse platform and to adhere to the content and intent as outlined in the description provided to the program host.

I'M RESPONSIBLE

I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for the delivered content of my talk. I attest that verbal information provided and any written materials further released to the CWAM audience is factually accurate, contains nothing libelous or otherwise unlawful; and that I have the necessary rights to present said material.

I also acknowledge that I am responsible for providing three (3) preferred images for advertising as outlined below and give expressed permission for Wilie Diggs Enterprises, LLC to select from the lot the appropriate image according to CWAM branding guidelines.

I GIVE NO WARRANTIES

I provide my material “as is,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

I GRANT PERMISSION TO POST MY INFORMATION

I grant Willie Diggs Enterprises and the Conversations with a Mentor Club the rights and permissions to post my name, company, picture, bio, and title to all Willie Diggs Enterprises, LLC platforms to include but not limited to the Clubhouse Club, websites, mobile apps, text communities, and all social media platforms, and to include the same in any materials distributed by the Conversations with a Mentor Club in connection with the advertising, promotion and public relation efforts relating to the Presentation and the Event in any and all media, now known or hereafter created without any compensation to me.

I GRANT PERMISSION TO RECORD AND USE

I give permission to Willie Diggs Enteprises, LLC to record my entire presentation, including my likeness, voice and verbal statements, on film, videotape, and audiotape (collectively the “Recording”).

I acknowledge that Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC, in capturing my presentation will become the copyright owner of the Recording. To the extent I have any rights in the Recording, I hereby assign all my rights, title and interest in and to the Recording to Willie Diggs Enteprises, LLC. I hereby provide Willie Diggs Enteprises, LLC consent to display and provide the above Recording and related Presentation materials via the Willie Diggs Enteprises, LLC website, Conversations with a Mentor Clubhouse Club and/or any virtual platform, including:

The video and audio Recording of my Presentation,
The use of my name and/or image in photos, video, internet transmission or other media in connection with promoting the Presentation and the Event.
The right to charge for access to the Recording.

I also grant Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC and its successors, assigns, and licensees a royalty-free and unlimited license to broadcast, display, reproduce, edit, sell, lease, license to a third party, exhibit and distribute the Recording, any and all written or verbal material I submit as part of my Presentation (“Materials”), and any derivative works created from or with it, over television, cable, the Internet, by creating CDs or DVDs, or by any other communication medium. Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC also retains the right, at its sole discretion, to choose whether to archive the footage of the Recording, and whether to use it for any other purpose. I acknowledge that in accordance with the license provided herein Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC has the right to display and provide the Recording and Materials via the Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC website, Patreon and social media platforms.

MY CONSIDERATION AND COMPENSATION

For valued consideration, I understand that I will be provided a digital copy of my recording with full rights and permission to publish, reproduce, or otherwise use audio recordings, created graphics, images, and or photos associated with the recording for both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.

I understand and agree that I am not entitled to any compensation or revenue from Willie Diggs Enterprises, LLC in connection with the sale, display or rebroadcast of the Recording.

I'LL LEAVE TIME FOR QUESTIONS

I understand that my talks are limited to specific lengths and I promise to leave time at the end for the audience to ask questions (if applicable0.

FOREVER

All permissions and agreements herein shall be effective in perpetuity and extend and apply to the Willie Diggs, Enterprises, LLC, its contractors, sublicensed distributors, and agents.
