Our Leader
CSP International™ was founded by Christine Rae, known as the leading expert in the Real Estate Staging Industry.
Christine Rae was recently named by REP Magazine, as one of the top 100 Elite women who are shaping the real estate industry. In her role as President and CEO for CSP International™ she steered the company to the top of the excellence chart in the real estate staging industry.
She is the author of Home Staging for Dummies® (Wiley press), editor of the world’s only Staging Industry Magazine and has co-authored several bestselling books including The Only Business Book You Will Ever Need with Brian Tracey, Nothing But Net, Trendsetters, Home Staging Secrets and “Sold.”
Christine’s success stems from her work ethic, desire for excellence, her integrity and integral goodness. The Brand
All CSP® graduates operate as individual business owners and consultants. The CSP® organization is not a franchise and royalties are not collected. The brand is quality education recognized as a standard for choice.

CSP® graduates are required to maintain their licensing agreement for the privilege of continued use of the CSP® logo on their business material. The continued membership includes access to the CSP® Business Resource Centre, continuing education courses, website and directory presence plus, access to preferred partnerships. The current renewal fee is $225.00

CSP® consultants acknowledge and honour the CSP International™ core beliefs and support the code of conduct. As a consumer when you see a CSP® logo you know that professional stager is an active participant of CSP® who has attained a minimum of a 75% mark to achieve certification, continues to uphold all that CSP® excellence in business means, abides by the Code of Conduct and is committed to providing the highest level of service to the consumer.
