SERVICES OVERVIEW
SquareWave.ai helps music professionals turn AI into real leverage: clearer decisions, tighter workflows, and systems that actually get used. This page is a high-level map of how we work, what we offer, and where to go for details.
Consulting and Coaching
For teams who want AI to fit the way music work actually happens: Music creation, release ops, marketing pipelines, rights-adjacent admin, internal coordination, and execution under deadlines.
Engagement Options:
-
One-Time Exploratory & Advisory Sessions: A structured audit and “what to do next” plan
-
AI Modernization Coaching: Ongoing guidance with between-session research and workflow development
-
Traditional Consulting: Deeper implementation and execution support
-
Ongoing Partnership (Retainer): Ongoing support, tool vetting, and workflow refinement as platforms and best practices shift
Outcome:
-
A prioritized plan, a sane tool stack, and workflows that stick.

AI Project Management
AI initiatives fail for boring reasons: Unclear ownership, fuzzy scope, and demo-theater that never becomes real workflows. SquareWave.ai provides AI workstream leadership so AI projects ship, stick, and produce measurable value.
What This Looks Like:
-
AI workstream ownership: Scope, milestones, risks, and decision points
-
Cross-team translation: Executives, operators, creatives, and engineers
-
QA and acceptance criteria: Quality gates that reflect real-world usage, not best-case prompts
-
Reporting cadence: Status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions with leadership visibility
Outcome:
-
Reduced cycle time, higher adoption, and fewer expensive non-launches.
Staffing and Resources
When AI work stalls, it’s usually a roles problem, not a model problem. This service helps you define the minimal viable team, build practical hiring profiles, and source the right skill mix without over-hiring or building an expensive science project.
Support Includes:
-
Role and capability mapping: What you actually need vs. what you think you need
-
Resourcing strategy: Build vs. buy, internal vs. external, fractional vs. dedicated
-
Shortlist and selection support: Screening criteria, evaluation structure, and partner coordination
Outcome:
-
The right people in the right seats, with clear role definitions and responsibilities
AI Assisted Rapid App Development
Fast, focused app builds for artists, labels, and music brands that want an owned channel for updates, releases, and direct fan connection, without months of traditional development.
Common Builds:
-
Artist/band apps
-
Label/collective hubs
-
Fan content apps
-
Lightweight utilities
Outcome:
-
A scoped app that ships in weeks, not months, and actually gets used.
Custom Engagements
Some needs don’t fit a pre-named service: Unusual workflows, special constraints, or a deadline that forces a tailored approach. Custom engagements start with discovery, then move to a defined scope with deliverables, timeline, and a clean handoff.
Outcome:
-
Precise work, clear deliverables, no ambiguity about “done.”

The SquareWave.ai Assurance
We stand behind our work. If an engagement doesn’t meet the agreed scope and deliverables, we’ll make it right. If we still miss, you won’t be stuck paying for something that didn’t land.
-
Applies to most fixed-scope services (workshops, advisory sprints, defined deliverables).
-
If something feels off, we start with a 30-minute debrief so we can diagnose the gap and improve.
-
One remediation pass (revision, follow-up session, or equivalent support) to meet the original deliverables.
-
If we still don’t deliver, we issue a refund or credit based on the engagement scope.
-
Excludes third-party costs (software subscriptions, ad spend, hosting, travel) and outcomes dependent on client execution after delivery.
-
Time window: concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
