The Rivergate Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors is excited to welcome you to our community website! We are an active homeowners’ association, and we’re happy to have you here.

Our association is run by elected volunteers who dedicate their time to managing Michigan’s largest subdivision. The Board oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including collecting dues, maintaining community spaces (like the front entrance and the Rivergate Nature Trail), organizing social events, managing snow removal, maintaining the website, and sharing important information with our residents.

Our website contains essential resources for our residents. This includes the Deed of Restrictions, By-laws, and our Snow Removal Policy.

Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Rivergate Nature Trail

Motorized vehicles—including battery-operated or gas-powered scooters, e-bikes, and golf carts—are NOT PERMITTED on the trail. Additionally, please be aware that some portions of the trail are crumbling or uneven due to changes in the river’s course. We urge everyone to use caution while exploring these areas. Thank you for helping to keep our trail safe and enjoyable for all.
