We’re evolving to a subscription model to continue innovating and delivering even more powerful features. This will help customers maximize cost savings through more advanced spend controls and automation.

What is the Early Pro Tier Discount Offer?

Extend is offering 50% off your first annual subscription as a thank you to our loyal customers when you commit before July 7.

How do I access the offer?

You’ll receive an email with a link to claim your 50% discount — or you can access it directly at https://app.paywithextend.com/earlysubscription.

How do I secure the discount?

To lock in your 50% discount, you must:

  1. Commit to an annual subscription before July 7 by paying $44.95 upfront.

  2. The remaining balance will be 50% off the annual subscription minus the $44.95 initially paid.
Can I cancel after signing up?

Per our Terms of Service, subscriptions are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the full discounted annual payment in July.

What happens if I don’t want to upgrade now?

Your account will not change until July. However, if you decide not to upgrade before July 7, the 50% discount will no longer be available. You will automatically be placed into our Starter tier and may lose access to any premium features you currently use.

How do I know if I am using premium features?

You qualify for the Pro plan if you received an email with the early discount offer. You can review your current usage and features in your account settings. If you have questions, please contact support.

What plans does Extend offer?

  • The Starter plan is free and has up to 5 users.
  • The Pro plan offers more robust expense management features, integrations, and additional users. 
  • Our Enterprise plan offers access to our API and custom integrations.
What if my team doesn’t need all 10 users included in the Pro plan?

The Pro Plan comes with a minimum of 10 users, billed at $8.99 per user/month on the annual plan, or $11.99 per user/month on the monthly plan.

Can I add more users to my subscription later?

Yes! Additional users can be added at any time on a prorated basis for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Do you offer a free trial of the Pro plan?

We do not offer a free trial at this time. However, you can always start with our monthly Pro Plan or our free Starter Plan.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are non-refundable as per our Terms of Service.

What happens if I want to downgrade my plan?

Your subscription plan is locked in for the annual or monthly billing cycle. You can downgrade at the end of your term for the next renewal period.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Yes! The Pro Plan is available with monthly billing at $11.99 per user, with a 10-user minimum.

Can I create virtual cards with my company card?

Virtual cards are currently available with corporate credit cards issued by our preferred bank partners. If your bank does not yet offer Extend with your card program, you can still register a Visa or Mastercard from any bank and take advantage of Extend's expense management features, including expense tracking and automated expense reporting, employee expenses and receipt management, accounting integrations for seamless month-end close, and more.
