A good recharge today makes tomorrow's shift way easier. Ever walk out of work feeling totally drained? Even if you barely moved? Yeah. That's emotional labor. Service jobs are intense. You deal with people's emotions all day. Sometimes anger, sometimes stress. And that energy sticks if you don't release it. That's why post-shift recovery isn't optional.
