- There are infinite ways to use generative AI to better yourself as a seller or leader, but I'm going to cover six approaches specifically that I found consistently generate great results for the goal of this course. Let's jump into them. One is role playing. You can use ChatGPT to simulate sales conversations, providing your team with a dynamic environment to hone their sales skills and improve response strategies in real time. It can simulate interactions and scenarios, plus, the more insights you give it, the better a partner it is. Two is scenario planning. You can craft prompts that outline different sales scenarios, allowing generative AI to offer potential outcomes and strategies, ensuring your team is well prepared for any situation.
