Preparing for Sauna
Follow these easy guidelines for a great sauna experience:

Sign the waiver.

Bring a towel to sit on. The benches are hot.

Bring a water bottle and hydrate before, during, and after.

Wear swim attire (e.g. shorts, sports top, or athletic wear)
-
Wear shoes that are easy to slide off (e.g. flip flops)
-
No lotions or oils. Avoid freshly dyed hair.
-
Plan to shower or rinse off beforehand.
-
Avoid drugs or alcohol that can impact your ability to regulate your body temperature.
