At Functional Focus, you can expect an individualised coaching plan based specifically on your needs. Whether you want support with a specific goal or project, or you want to make a whole lifestyle change, we have you covered. Our coaches come with knowledge, personal experience of ADHD and qualifications in counselling, psychology and social work.
We can support you with executive function skills (planning and prioritising, time management, organisation, task initiation and follow-through, problem solving and decision-making).
Through breaking down tasks and implementing easy to follow schedules and routines, we assist with individualised strategies to improve your ability to plan, prioritise, organise, problem solve, make decisions, manage time efficiently and start tasks.
