Welcome to Bunity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bunity website and services located at www.bunity.com (the "Service").

Bunity is a product of Cedar Creek Ltd., a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 6219685, whose registered office is at 869 High Road, London, N12 8QA, UK.

By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or using our Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

To use Bunity, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Bunity offers business listings for a one-time fee of $3 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). This is a lifetime listing with no recurring charges.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, sales tax, or other taxes required by your jurisdiction.

Due to the nature of our digital service:

• No refunds will be issued once a listing has been published
• If your listing is removed due to violation of our Terms, no refund will be provided
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error), please contact us at support@bunity.com and we will review your case

All business listings must:

• Represent a legitimate, operating business
• Contain accurate and truthful information
• Be categorized correctly and appropriately
• Use images that you own or have rights to use
• Not mislead or deceive potential customers

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to Bunity, including text, images, links, and any other materials.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Bunity:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent or misleading business information
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Content promoting violence or harm
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Personal or private information of others without consent
• Firearms, explosives, or weapons
• Controlled substances or drug paraphernalia (where illegal)
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context

The following content is not permitted under any circumstances:

• Nudity or sexually explicit images
• Sexually suggestive content or descriptions
• Escort services or sexual services
• Pornographic material of any kind
• Adult entertainment venues
• Any business primarily offering adult-oriented products or services

Listings containing adult content will be removed immediately without refund.

We have zero tolerance for spam and abuse. The following activities are prohibited:

• Duplicate listings: Creating multiple listings for the same business
• Fake businesses: Listings for businesses that do not exist
• Keyword stuffing: Overloading your listing with irrelevant keywords
• Link schemes: Using Bunity solely to manipulate search rankings through artificial links
• Automated submissions: Using bots or scripts to create listings
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another business or person
• Review manipulation: Fake reviews or incentivized reviews

Spam listings will be removed immediately and your account may be terminated without refund.

Bunity reserves the right to remove any listing or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Spam or fraudulent content
• Adult content
• Complaints from third parties
• Legal requirements or court orders
• Content that harms Bunity's reputation or operations

No refunds will be issued for removed listings that violate our Terms.

If you believe your listing was removed in error, you may contact us at support@bunity.com with your business details and we will review your case.

Bunity offers free "Reviewer" accounts for individuals who wish to browse businesses and leave reviews. These accounts are subject to the following terms:

Purpose

Free Reviewer accounts are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use to:

• Browse and discover businesses on Bunity
• Write honest reviews based on genuine experiences
• Save favourite businesses

Prohibited Activities

Free Reviewer accounts may NOT be used to:

• List, promote, or advertise any business, product, or service
• Use your name fields to enter business names or promotional text
• Post fake or misleading reviews
• Post reviews for businesses you have not genuinely interacted with
• Offer paid review services or solicit payment for reviews
• Harass, defame, or post malicious content about businesses
• Spam or post repetitive content
• Scrape data or use automated tools

Reviews are an important part of Bunity's platform. To maintain quality and trust, all reviews are subject to moderation.

Review Guidelines

When posting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is based on a genuine, first-hand experience with the business
• Your review is honest, accurate, and not misleading
• You have no conflict of interest (e.g., you are not a competitor, employee, or paid reviewer)
• Your review does not contain hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory content
• Your review does not contain personal information about individuals
• Your review does not contain promotional content or spam

Moderation Process

Business Owner Responses

Business owners may respond to reviews of their business. Responses are also subject to moderation and must be professional and not contain personal attacks or prohibited content.

Reporting Reviews

If you believe a review violates our guidelines, please report it using the report function or contact us at support@bunity.com. We will investigate all reports, but we are not obligated to remove any review unless it clearly violates our Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
