I write about my life and I write from the deep voice within. I’ve lived a rich and unique existence and I’ve found that sharing stories from climbing my personal mountains resonates with others. Maybe that’s you. I give myself permission to be human, so you’ll experience my wisdom, my ranting, my ego, my unbridled curiosity, my wonder, and my Godself through what I post.

Mystical Teachings

I love psychedelics and plant medicine. I’m fascinated by consciousness. I’m kind of obsessed with nature and God. I write about all these things because this is my place to muse, to reflect, to rant, and to metabolize what is happening in my life. I like to think that what I’m learning is applicable to more people than just me, but I reserve the right to just be human and to share my lived experience.

Reflections on Ancient Traditions

Something about me is that I’m a white girl who is initiated in an ancient earth wisdom lineage that’s traditionally held by the Dagara people of West Africa. I share a lot about how working with elemental/earth medicine and indigenous spiritual practices has changed my life – and how it can change yours too. If you’re curious to learn more, I recommend sitting with me for a divination and experiencing this profound medicine firsthand.
