Hi, I’m Jenn. If you’re new here (or to me), here’s my elevator pitch: I’m on a mission to help women manage menopause without diets and food rules. I want to help you redefine your relationship with food so you can live confidently and unapologetically.
Menopause can be messy, but midlife can be magical if you embrace the unraveling and build yourself back up with intention.
Professionally, I’m a Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with more than two decades of experience. I’ve been around long enough to know that diets don’t work, but also that food does matter, just not in the way we’ve been led to believe.
