Unable to login to Azure (blocked tenant)
Hi! I was trying to do the exercises to prepare for an Azure exam, however when trying to access my account at ai.azure.com or portal.azure.com, I got the following error: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I tried to contact support with no success - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 On chat, I've received the response that I should contact the phone number as it's a business case, on the phone number however, I was connected to a bot which said that it can't help with login issues on the phone. When trying to recall, now the bot remembered the interaction and says the same thing. I've done some certifications in the past, and my account has been inactive meanwhile - so this explains why it was blocked - but now I would need it again. Is there any way to regain access to Azure now to complete the exercises for the certification?
Technical Issue during AB-900 Beta Exam - Pearson VUE Queue System Failure - Case #14052082
Hello Support Team, I am writing to request assistance regarding a technical issue I experienced during my AB-900 Beta Exam appointment on January 2nd, 2026. I had a voucher providing an 80% discount valid exclusively for that date. I successfully completed the check-in process on time, and my system passed all pre-exam requirements. However, I was placed in a waiting queue with 24 people ahead of me. After waiting for over 15 minutes, the system displayed a "Reschedule" button. When I clicked it, no dates were available, and I was unable to return to the exam session. I immediately contacted Pearson VUE support via chat. Despite following their instructions to restart the check-in process, the system blocked my access, stating it was past the allowed start time. I opened a formal case with Pearson VUE, and their final resolution (Case #14052082) was that I should reach out to Microsoft Support for further guidance and a "new authorization," as they claimed they could not provide a new voucher for this expired promotion. I prepared extensively for this certification and I was unable to take it due to a failure in the Pearson VUE proctoring queue system. Since the original voucher has now expired, I kindly ask for a new voucher or authorization so I can reschedule and take the AB-900 exam at the discounted rate I previously paid for. Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account? I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0. I've lost all of my achievements and learning path progress. I've had a look around for support but can't find anything that will help.

DP-100 certificate
Hey community! I'm currently preparing the DP-100 certification with a couple of coworkers, two of them already tried a first time and couldn't approve it although they completed the learning path and consistently scored 90+ on the test exam. What they have told me is that the real exam has questions that are a lot harder, and especially, questions that are not really answerable with the materials from the learning path, they say that they saw many deep questions about DevOps and other questions of resources of Azure that are not really a part of Azure Machine Learning or Foundry. I wanted to ask if anyone had a similar experience with this, I thought the exam was centered on the use of azure machine learning (and AI foundry). Can the exam contain questions that are not related with azure machine learning or foundry? Would really appreciate help here! Thanks everyone!

Hello everyone, I am currently starting to implement MS Bookings. Is it possible to specify fixed appointments (date and time) for which different customers can then register? For example, for training courses that are to take place three times a month. And is it possible to link Bookings to Dynamics so that, for example, appointments are automatically created in Dynamics after the appointment (which was organized with Bookings) with the corresponding customers, and the notes field is even automatically filled with predefined information if necessary? Multi AZ for Apps using exadata at azure latency issue
Hello, has anyone deployed their application in a region across all 3 AZs and using Exadata at azure which is in one AZ, and notices a lot of latency between the apps in az1, az3 communicating to exadata in Az2 as an example? MS says inter zone is 1-2 ms but we need to reduce the latency; we tested unizone and results are fine but Microsoft says there is no answer to reduce latency with multi app solution; using one zone or PPG is not our target architecture it’s using the 3 azs ; anyone have any uses cases like this using exadata; understanding that every application is different but this one is very chatty with its database; thanks

I can select icon sets to apply as conditional formatting to a cell. But where on earth does one enter the conditions for the icon set to function in Excel online?
