On 22.03 (Saturday) at 17:00, join us in Wiesbaden for the Ecstatic Dance Event 🌸
As nature awakens, so do we– this is the perfect time to release, move and breathe life into our bodies.
We’ll begin with an activating Qigong session led by Kai Schoppe, grounding us in presence and awakening our inner flow.
Then, we’ll transition into a Face Massage workshop with Katrin Schoppe, allowing tension to melt away and our natural radiance to shine.
With open hearts we’ll step into Ecstatic Dance, riding the waves of rhythm by @rgorskin and @jenya_shares. This space welcomes all– no choreography, no expectations, just the joy of movement.
To close, we’ll sink into deep relaxation, integrating our experience with the sound journey and exchanging our experiences in the community dinner after the session.
