Was looking for which ones to buy. I was reading reviews and saw that the remasters may crash, but also apparently the originals crash too. Just wanted to see what people have to say about them.

Anybody know how to fix this? I boot up the game and the audio works just fine up until i get to the menu screen and after that there's zero audio

The constant crashing in this game is so bad it's rendered it utterly insufferable, I cannot bring myself to go any further. Every 10 minutes or so CTD, and when i relaunch i have to reconfigure all of my controls and video options that have reset back to default. Is there any fix at all for this constant crashing? It's the worst CTD plague I've ever seen in a game....
