during the last year ive finally got into Total War after years of trying. i spent a couple months playing/learning Warhammer 2 and 3, but i wanted to give the historical games a try. i just finished Total War Napolean the other day, and i honestly liked it more than the Warhammer games. i think the biggest reason was the smaller more concise scope; knowing that, Thrones came to mind. i love the viking age setting, it probably is my favorite medieval setting, but ive heard horror stories about this game an...

i am thinking of buying the game, but I find this colorful indicators at the top of the screen quite disturbing.. can you hide them from the upper central ui or is there mod that hides them? It seems older versions of the game had this part of the screen much more in line with the rest of the ui- right know this colorful bars really seem out of place...

Can I do anything to annex them with an event or something? They're just useless and splitting provinces between factions leads to either bad economy or caresty. Huge oversight imo.

i'm trying to get back into this game. even though i absolutely HATE the UI. but one thing i noticed while looking at the cover art for the game is how it looks like AI slop. but it OBVIOUSLY ISN'T. because the game was released in 2018. and lately more and more all kinds of older things look to me as AI bullcrap but in fact they aren't. i think sadly we are at that point where things start getting reaaaaally weird..............
