The genesis of a pearl happens when a foreign substance infiltrates the oyster, nestled between the mantle and the shell.This metaphor forms the essence of Spanked Siren's EP "LUSTER". Just as the oyster transforms adversity into beauty, so does Spanked Siren draws upon negative emotions and uncomfortable experiences to fuel the creation of their latest music project, which emerges as a testament to their ability to transmute inner turmoil into artistic expression with shameless honesty. This project confronts themes of anger, shame, unrequited love and limerence, inviting listeners to navigate the complexities of the human experience while celebrating the transformative power of vulnerability.

Siren’s EP consists of a fusion of influences from different music genres such as R&B, Trap, and pop as well as ethereal underwater ambiance, experimental sound design, dreamy soul-stirring melodies and breathy vocals.The project includes collaborations with fellow musicians Ivohe and Seba that further enriches the sonic landscape of "LUSTER”.
