Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have any concerns about your item, please contact us first so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

  • Personalized Items: Since all our items are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product.

Changes to an Order If you need to change your order details (such as spelling, address, etc.), please contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Please note that once we have started the production process, we are unable to make any further changes to the order details.

Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing & Shipping Times

General Shipping Information We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. International orders are shipped via Korea Post (K-Packet), which includes a full tracking service for your peace of mind.

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, please allow 7–15 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, you may upgrade to Express Mail at checkout for an additional fee. Express delivery takes 3–5 business days and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping notification including a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package using the link below: https://ems.epost.go.kr/front.Tracking01Eng.postal

Once the package arrives in your country, you can also track it through your local postal service’s website (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) for the most up-to-date information within your region.

Shipping Restrictions We’re currently unable to ship to U.S. territories, including:

  • Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), and Palau (PW).

Customs, Duties & Taxes Please be advised that any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local postal service for an estimate.

Domestic Shipping (South Korea) Orders within South Korea are shipped via Korea Post Taekbae. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Payments

We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal. Please note that you can conveniently pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal’s guest checkout without needing a PayPal account.

If you would prefer to use alternative payment methods (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other local options), you may also purchase our products through our Etsy shop.

Placing an Order

Please read the item description carefully and message us prior to ordering if you have any questions. If you would like to see a preview of your design, please leave a note when placing your order. We may reach out to you for additional information regarding your order, such as the pronunciation of a name to ensure an accurate translation for your personalized item.

Jewelry Care Tips

Avoid dust, moisture, and direct sunlight to prevent tarnishing or discoloration. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in an individual pouch. Use only mild cleaners when cleaning your jewelry.

Stainless steel jewelry in its original, unplated color requires minimal maintenance, but it may still scratch. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth after wear and storing it separately to maintain its finish.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

All orders arrive gift-wrapped. Your items are securely wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a plastic zip bag, then placed inside a traditional Korean fabric bag, ready for gift-giving. We use recyclable PE (polyethylene) bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Letter Orientation

If you are unsure which way the letters should face, the engraving is correctly oriented when the clasp is held in your right hand while putting it on.
