Meet Said

Assalamu alaikum.

My name is Said Jiddawy and I am the gears behind Sahira Productions. I am a multidisciplinary designer with a commitment to social justice. My academic path moves through mathematics, the sciences, general design studies, and graphic design, and it gives me a process rooted in research, intention, and a respect to pre-existing elements. Both my volunteer and hired work have focused on community and non-profit efforts since before high school, shaped by the Muslim values I was raised with.

My design style is minimal with a sassy punch. I build work that feels natural, purposeful, and unmistakably tailored to the person or organization I am supporting, while still carrying the vibrancy needed to make an impactful final result.

My pricing adapts to the client. Individuals can access a sliding scale and are welcome to explore barter options if money is a barrier. Organizations, companies, and grant-funded projects are billed at the higher end of my scale to reflect their resources and the professional scope of the work. This structure keeps my practice accessible while honoring the value of my craft.

My Services

  • I offer audio manipulation for a range of creative projects. Using Adobe Audition, I can master vocals, clean-up noises, add sound effects, and deliver clean, high quality audio that supports your project’s tone and purpose.

    I can also transcribe captions for audio or video and isolate vocals/music from combined audio files.

  • Currently, I only offer two types of vector illustrations:

    The first is portraits only. Floating heads: great for social media profile images, or to use across all digital platforms for easy brand recognition.

    The second is full body images, with a background. I specialize in transforming anyone into a fantasy creature of choice.

    Both options can be done in one of three styles:

    • Black line work. Think colouring book page.

    • My signature minimal monochromatic style. Pick a colour, any colour.

    • Full colour, and texture render.

  • I build identities that feel unmistakably yours.

    This includes logo design with full brand guidelines, and any additional scalable cohesive assets that you might need.

  • Let’s level up your digital presence by transforming some of your media into animated GIFs.

  • Whether you need a bold poster, a polished magazine layout, or something custom, I can bring your ideas to life.

  • I design and build websites that look sharp and function smoothly. From concept to launch, I handle UI (user interface) design, layout, visual direction, mobile responsiveness, and development using platforms like Squarespace, Weebly, Adobe Dreamweaver or custom coded solutions where needed. The result is a site that is distinctive, accessible, and ready for the public.
