    TERMS OF SERVICE
     
    NOTICE
    When purchasing a commission you agree to the following conditions. If you cannot agree with my conditions then I will have to deny your request.

    • Terms of service are subjected to change, all changes will override previous terms.

    • When purchasing a non-commercial commission you do not own the rights to the image.

    • My works are not to be used in blockchain (NFT) activities or AI reproduction.

    • If you don’t receive an approval notice of your commission, it may have been denied due to a flaw in your application, themes in the reference material, or other reason I do not have to disclose.
    NON-COMMERCIAL WORK HANDLING


    Non-commercial commissions will be in responsibility of my client. They will gain the following rights to …
    • Use illustration/design in personal setting.

    • Repost work on SNS, credit is appreciated.

    • Own characters under personal usage.

    • Use work as SNS profile picture, header, or phone backdrop.

    • Merchandise cannot be redistributed, personal quantity of goods is OK. Reselling is prohibited.
    COMMERCIAL WORK HANDLING


    Commercial commissions will be in the responsibility of the company. They will gain the following rights to …
    • Redistribute merchandise.

    • Repost work on SNS, credit is appreciated.

    • Own characters under company copyright.

    • Use work for advertising, promotion, and label.
     
    PAYMENT
    • Payment is preferred upfront and full after the commission with the client is discussed and approved.

    • Payment currency is in USD.

    • Clients will provide their PayPal and receive an invoice for their commission.

    • For larger payments, the client can pay in two halves. For flexible payment, the client will pay at the beginning of the first draft, and when the commission has been fulfilled.

    PROCESS AND DELIVERY

    • First come are not first serve. I will be picking from applications when I open my commission. If you have a commission inquiry, you can reach me via Twitter, Discord, or E-mail under the contact tab on my website.
    • If you have a deadline, it is the client’s responsibility to order in advance. 

    • After I reach out to you notifying you that your application is accepted and ready to be confirmed, you can opt out at this stage if you cannot fulfill the payment. (You may be blunt, this is a business.)
    • If I accept your ticket and provide your receipt, you can cancel. Otherwise the ticket will be terminated in 1 week.

    • Certain commission types take longer than others, depending on the amount of slots taken, sketches should be provided in 1-3 weeks. Chibi commissions are provided in 2-5 days.

    • You may receive a commission sooner, but I provide a longer grace period in case of there being a push back. If there are any complications in my scheduling I will inform my clients. If my scheduling does not meet the client’s deadline, then you have the right to cancel the commission and be refunded.

    • In case of emergency, if you do not receive anything after the allotted time frame, you should then contact me about the progress on your commission. If the wait time should be extended, you will be given the choice to be refunded, or wait for your commission. If something happens to me where I cannot work on the commission you will be refunded in full.







    COMMISSIONER ETIQUETTE
    • When receiving the first draft, I expect you to make as many corrections as you see fit. Your input is very valuable to me.
    • When communicating, please don’t abuse your responsibilities. I will refund, and blacklist the client if their behavior is poor.

    • If the commissioner neglects feedback after I submit the draft, the client has 2 weeks maximum to submit feedback or it will be terminated due to neglect of the client. If you do not submit feedback before the deadline of the commission and allow me enough time to perform, I will be terminating your commission due to client neglect.

      *(Vgen commissions are exempt from this rule. If you fail to communicate feedback on Vgen, then I will finish your commission abiding by Vgen’s set deadline. 

    • If commission discussion is terminated, the client will not be able to handle the drafts or reuse any of the materials that were made during the discussion and drafting stage.

    USAGE OF MY PERSONAL ILLUSTRATIONS
     
    The following will cover on the usage of my personal illustrations and projects.
    • Profile picture or header is OK. Credit is required.

    • Using my original characters for role-play scenario is prohibited.

    • Heavily referencing my work, tracing, or reposting without permission is prohibited.

    • Usage in AI training and recreation is strictly prohibited.

    • Usage in blockchain activities is prohibited.
