All beats and sample packs sold here come with a license. Please read the details below so you know what you can and cannot do with the files you purchase.

IMPORTANT:

• All purchases include 50/50 publishing splits. Split sheets provided after purchase.
• All beats are sold as non-exclusive licenses. Buyers may not register purchased beats or any derivative works for Content ID, copyright claiming systems, or any similar rights management programs. Doing so may affect other licensees and will be considered a violation of your license agreement.

Usage Rights:

• Distribute up to 2,000 copies
• Up to 500,000 online audio streams
• 1 music video
• For-profit live performances
• Radio broadcasting rights for 2 stations

Restrictions:

• Beat may not be resold or sublicensed
• Not eligible for exclusive rights
• Cannot be used in sample packs or resold as a beat

WAV Lease

Files Included: Untagged WAV + Tagged MP3

Usage Rights:

• Distribute up to 3,000 copies
• Up to 500,000 online audio streams
• 1 music video
• For-profit live performances
• Radio broadcasting rights for 2 stations

Restrictions:

• Beat may not be resold or sublicensed
• Not eligible for exclusive rights
• Cannot be used in sample packs or resold as a beat

Trackouts

Files Included: Stems + Untagged WAV + Tagged MP3

Usage Rights:

• Distribute up to 10,000 copies
• Up to 500,000 online audio streams
• 1 music video
• For-profit live performances
• Radio broadcasting rights for 2 stations

Restrictions:

• Beat may not be resold or sublicensed
• Not eligible for exclusive rights
• Cannot be used in sample packs or resold as a beat

Unlimited License

Files Included: Stems + Untagged WAV + MP3

Usage Rights:

• Unlimited copies
• Unlimited online audio streams
• Unlimited music videos
• For-profit live performances
• Unlimited radio broadcasting rights

Restrictions:

• Beat may not be resold or sublicensed
• Not eligible for exclusive rights
• Cannot be used in sample packs or resold as a beat

Exclusive License

Files Included: Same as Unlimited

Usage Rights:

• Same as Unlimited license, but exclusive ownership of the beat

Restrictions:

• Beat may not be resold
