Installation process

Simple steps for a stress-free install

Fill out pre-installation survey

After receiving the survey via email, simply answer the questions so we understand things like your power supply, parking layout, and charging needs. This will help us make your install as smooth as possible.

Review and schedule

Once received, we’ll assess whether you’re eligible for standard installation. 90% of customers qualify, but if you don’t, or we need further information, we’ll be in touch to discuss. After that, we’ll go ahead and schedule your install.

Installation

On your agreed date and time, one of our expert Which?-accredited engineers will arrive to install your new Pod Point. The EV charger installation usually takes about two hours, and they’ll walk you through how to use your charger before they leave - getting you powered up and ready to go in no time!
