My name is Solomon Gooden. I am a natural bodybuilder and competed against people much older than myself. I claimed 2 first place medals in men physique because of the level of conditioning and structure I brang to the stage. I hope I can help you either get conditioned or in your best shape.
I am currently 20years old living in the UK. I first started lifting weights since I was 15 when stumbling upon some free weights in my back yard, however I have been lifting consistently for 3years since I was 17 years old. During this time have trial and errored soo many times throughout my journey to eventually find out the best formula for building muscle as well as staying aesthetic in this journey I went from a solid 115lbs to whopping 160lbs and I believe its time to share my journey with you to help your journey run smoother than mine.
