Many people will never cross the door of a therapist's office or call a crisis line when they are facing challenges. Interestingly enough, some of the issues that you face can be worked through with the assistance of the proper aids and tools.

My hope is that the resources available here will be just that for you. The techniques and strategies presented within these pages have been proven and tried and found to be effective in mitigating and addressing a broad range of issues.
