• 'Frozen' brings Broadway magic to Way Off Broadway this spring (fredericknewspost.com) — Disney’s “Frozen” is now playing at The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theater in Willowdale Plaza on Willowdale Drive in Frederick, with performances scheduled through May 24. The family-friendly musical brings the beloved story of sisters Anna and Elsa to the local stage, featuring all the hit songs from the film plus new music written for Broadway. 
• Bill to ease restrictions on second jobs for lawmakers gets a boost (marylandmatters.org) — A state ethics bill that would loosen restrictions on Maryland lawmakers holding second government jobs is moving forward, with Frederick County Del. April Rose voting against recommending it in committee. Supporters say the change would help part-time legislators find fair outside employment, while opponents question potential legal and ethical complications as the proposal races against the General Assembly’s crossover deadline.
