• Isis Sio, 19, in coma after first-round KO loss to Jocelyn Camarillo (ringmagazine.com) — An Indio-born boxer, 21-year-old Jocelyn Camarillo, was involved in a bout where opponent Isis Sio suffered a serious brain injury and is now in a medically induced coma. The four-round fight ended in just 78 seconds after a flurry of unanswered punches, and Camarillo has publicly asked for prayers and expressed concern for Sio’s recovery.
