The Paper Airplane

The pigeonholes at this desk hold monthly essays on a variety of subjects from fungal microscopy to Arendt to machine learning. Common subjects appear at the top of the page: see Art x Ethics, for example. This endeavor is supported by a very small number of people, who have access to all essays.

I regret the need for it, but the paywall exists to reduce abuse, make the project manageable, and prevent model training on these essays. That small income also buys me steel, copper, tools, bees, obscure books, and so on.

There are occasional free posts as well, often with Notes and the year in their title, which tend to be somewhat heavy on writing news.

You’re welcome here, regardless.
