Why OpenAirInterface Software Alliance?
The OpenAirInterface Software Alliance (OSA) is a non-profit consortium dedicated to democratizing wireless innovation through the OpenAirInterface (OAI) platform. This complete, open-source, 3GPP-compliant cellular stack includes RAN, CN, and OAM tools.
Running on COTS hardware and supporting interoperability with commercial devices, OAI provides an integrated end-to-end ecosystem governed by OSA with strong industry support. It serves academia, research institutions, and industry equally, offering a unified framework for 4G/5G development and an active roadmap toward AI-driven 6G networks.
