All ingress (incoming) traffic is free of charge. For egress (outgoing), every server comes with a generous 25TB of monthly data transfer at a 2Gbps rate included at no extra cost, providing a solid foundation for most business applications. NovoServe is quite unique in this and our server bandwidth is very affordable.

We offer three flexible models. You can choose a fixed metered quota (50TB to 2000TB+) on high-speed ports. Or, you can get an unmetered dedicated ports, ideal for bandwidth-heavy industries to avoid bill shock; use the full capacity of your port (1Gbps to 50Gbps) 24/7.

As an alternative, you can make use of aggregated bandwidth pools. It's a major advantage for power users; share a total pool of bandwidth across multiple servers to optimize usage and costs.

Yes, we offer Aggregated Bandwidth with 95th percentile billing. This is a premium option perfect for scaling infrastructure. Since this requires custom configuration, it isn't standard in our webshop—please speak with your account manager to set this up.

Yes, we are highly competitive in the unmetered market. You can select dedicated unmetered ports ranging from 1Gbps up to 50Gbps. If your project requires even more scale, such as 100Gbps unmetered, contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Yes. When you purchase a 10Gbps unmetered port, you can utilize the full 10Gbps capacity 24/7. We do not use software to throttle your speed, we have no hidden "fair use" caps, and we do not penalize high-volume users. It is a dedicated pipe for your exclusive use. 

Every unmetered port we provide is a dedicated port. You do not share your bandwidth with other customers, meaning you never have to worry about "noisy neighbors" affecting your throughput. You can monitor your real-time usage via our portal. 

We can arrange test servers. To request one, please create an account in our portal and then contact us via live chat or our contact form. We can typically arrange a free-of-charge testing period for a limited time to ensure our network meets your requirements. 

Absolutely. We believe in transparency. You can visit our dedicated Looking Glass and Speedtest pages to perform file downloads, HTTP tests, or iPerf tests. We provide separate testing endpoints for our Netherlands and US infrastructure so you can verify latency from your specific region.
