I had been working with Sandy Norris for the better part of a year and relied on his expertise and advice since it was going to be my first house. Every step of the way he was on top of everything. Always on time, considerate and acknowledged my needs based on my budget. Several offers later, at all hours of the day, I now have my home thanks to Sandy and his team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you brave the crazy market then at least make it easier with these folks. Thanks Sandy!

My girlfriend (a healthcare worker in Kingston) and I (a professional worker who works from home) have been looking hard to find our first home that can also be a long term investment. I had the pleasure of working with Sandy Norris. In a crazy hot housing market he was able to help me find a home in which I didn’t have to overpay. He is a consummate professional and hardworking. One of his best attributes is how promptly he gets answers and viewings booked for you, I never had to ask twice or wait long for any request. He always quickly responded to any question I had and made the entire process of buying a house seamless. He was very flexible as he worked around my schedule. He is also a native of Kingston, which gave me better insight when evaluating properties.
