By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any content from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all models, assets, and related content provided by Minki. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, download, or use my content.

General Rules (Applies to All Products)

License Grant: All products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content under these terms.
Prohibited Use: You may not upload, redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise distribute my products or files, except where explicitly allowed.
Credit Required: Proper credit to Minki is required when releasing or publicly sharing work that uses my products. Do not claim my assets as your own. ♡
No Logo or Watermark Removal: Watermarks, branding, and logos may not be removed, altered, or obscured.
License Validity: Licenses apply only to purchases made directly through minkivr.com or my official storefronts.
Modification Rights: Only the original purchaser may modify or edit the product. Modified files may not be shared or redistributed.
Accurate Information: All checkout and payment information must be truthful and accurate.
Sales Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
No AI Use: My products may not be used in AI training, datasets, generators, or AI-assisted reproduction or modification.
Enforcement: Violations may result in license revocation, denial of future purchases, and termination of access without notice. Relevant identifying information may be shared with verified creators strictly for security, anti-leak, and fraud prevention purposes.

Assets

(General Rules apply.)

Usage Rights: Assets may be used on completed models for public, free, nitro, or commercial use, provided all other terms are followed.
Resale Policy: Assets may only be sold as part of a completed model and must include proper credit to Minki. Assets may not be resold, shared, or redistributed on their own.

Avatars / Models

(General Rules apply.)

Age Requirement: All avatar purchases and usage are strictly 18+ only.
Public World Disclaimer: There are limited, SFW versions of models that appear in my public VRChat world. All purchasable avatars and assets remain strictly 18+, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Public Posting: Uploading or posting my models as public avatars in VRChat is not allowed.
Asset Mining: Exporting, ripping, extracting, or reusing assets from my models is prohibited.
Social Media & Streaming: Streaming, recording, and sharing content featuring my models is allowed with proper credit. ♡
Platform Use: Products are intended for VRChat use only. Use on third-party platforms or software is permitted, but the assets are not designed or supported for those uses. Setup, compatibility, and functionality outside of VRChat are the user’s responsibility.
Upload Requirements: You must have a PC capable of uploading avatars to VRChat. Upload support is limited to the provided instructions. An optional upload service is available for $5 per upload.
Couple Models: If you purchase a couple model set, you may share the paired counterpart with your partner only. If the partnership ends, the model may not be transferred to a new partner.
Quest Versions: Quest models have significant limitations. VRChat may remove “Very Poor” Quest avatars at any time. I am not responsible for changes made by VRChat.
Bundle Upgrades: Purchasing a single model does not qualify for discounted bundle upgrades later.

All products are provided “as is.” Minki makes no guarantees that products will remain compatible with future VRChat updates, platform changes, or third-party software. Minki is not responsible for losses, damages, or restrictions caused by external platforms or user misuse.
