Hi, I’m Meredith.
Holistic Coach, Author and Speaker
My mission with Inner Integration is bridging the gap between trauma and purpose.
Here you’ll find insights and inspiration to help you navigate the liminal spaces that we are living in during the post-2020 world so you can make the most of these experiences that are happening for you, not to you.
My controversial perspective: How you’re responding to the collective traumas of the 2020s is likely very similar to how you’re dealing with your personal and ancestral traumas. This is actually the blessing in disguise. It’s the hidden opportunity for liberation amidst what’s happening in our world.
Inner Integration
Integration isn't simply about putting pieces back together. It’s about metabolizing what once overwhelmed and collapsed us. It’s about transforming what was once held in separation—memories, emotions, beliefs, identities—into coherence, presence, and deeper wholeness.
Integration isn't about erasing what happened. It is about ensuring it no longer defines us, distorts us, or disrupts our capacity to live from essence.
To integrate doesn’t mean to “fix” or forget what happened. It's also not about going back to who we were before. It means to allow what was once exiled—emotionally, psychologically, spiritually—to return in a new form. It’s the alchemy of turning fragmentation into embodiment.
To integrate the past is to reclaim the parts of ourselves that were frozen in pain, exiled by shame, or dissociated by fear. It is the sacred work of metabolizing what was too much to feel at the time, so that the body and soul no longer need to carry it in shadow or silence. This creates the space for something new.
To integrate after trauma is to break free from the repetitive loops, to stop living in reaction to what happened, and to begin living in alignment with what now wants to emerge.
In other words, integration isn’t about “getting over it" or "moving on." It’s about becoming whole.
Becoming Whole (Coming soon in 2025!)
Becoming Whole is an essential holistic guide for understanding how a psychological, neurological and spiritual state of captivity was induced during the COVID campaign in order to carry out the crimes against humanity.
I believe this book is going to help a lot of people understand what happened during that dark time in human history, where we are now as a result of that, and where we can go from here if we don't want to follow the path of captivity laid out for us by the social engineers.
It's my mission to bridge the gap between trauma and purpose, so this book doesn't just stop at the victimhood of what happened to us. I take the reader on a journey beyond the powerlessness of victimhood and the defensiveness of survivorship, into the realm of integration, evolving, and Becoming Whole.
I believe that our personal choices become the legacy we pass on to future generations, whether we have kids and grandkids or not.
Our inner work is the way to change the world.
Integration is how we transmute the residue of victimhood and survival into the radiance of wholeness. And this book is an invitation into that process of becoming whole. From this state, we are free to create, connect, and contribute from our deepest truth.
As we weave these hidden treasures extracted from the trauma into the fabric of our consciousness, the integrated past becomes new possibility for a future infused with renewed meaning and purpose.
