This wellness day retreat is for you.

On 29th November, manage your inflammation, energy and stress by cultivating a resilient body and mind.

In the morning masterclass, we'll delve into the importance of diverse microbiome in the gut and light therapy, so you can tackle your inflammation, energy and brain fog.

In the afternoon, you're learn the art of letting go through mindful colour painting - connecting mind & movement to let go of life's tension and centring your focus

Morning Masterclass with Dr. Fairoz, practising GP with over 20 years experience in the NHS

What you will learn:

  • What is a diverse gut microbiome, and how does it create a resilient, adaptable body

  • The research behind how different sunlight wavelengths impacts your inflammation and energy levels.

  • How different foods feed different microbes — from fibrous vegetables to polyphenol-rich berries — each group supports a unique set of microscopic residents.

  • How water supports a healthy environment for microbial activity.

Dr. Fairoz started off her medical studies in the beautiful city of Cardiff. Over the last 25 years she’s gained a wide range of experience in and out of hospitals. Her background in primary care and personalised medicine has allowed her to effectively help patients with long covid and mast cell activation syndrome. In addition she is a master NLP coach. Her passion is teaching her clients the tools they need to become healthier inside and out through small changes, lasting results.


Afternoon Mindful Painting Workshop, the Art of Letting Go with Hua Jing Li

What You Will Experience

  • Creativity unblock by painting abstract flowers, we will focus on shapes, form and colour rather than perfection

  • The mind and movement connection through the gentle rhythm of the paint brush

  • The relaxation of your minds, letting go of control, of perfection. through centring and grounding your focus

  • The effect of colour, its relationship with your nervous system: energising for fatigue, calming for anxiety, grounding for overwhelm

Jing has delivered workshops at National Museums, Clockwise Offices, and Cass Art. Her creative journey began at age three in art school, she honed her facilitation skills through studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama, where she learned to create safe, welcoming spaces for everyone to discover their artistic potential. She continues to do so even at 39 year old now. Jing believes that everyone possesses the ability to be creative and find joy in art.


Every participant will receive:

  • A limited A4 giclée art print from Hua Jing's Summer Collection as a reminder to create space for a sanctuary; or

Our wellness retreat is hosted by Wajeeha Amin, Psychotherapist & Relationship Coach

Wajeeha works nationally & internationally with Muslim and non-Muslim clients. She provides transformative talking therapies, hypnotherapy, coaching, group workshops, masterclasses, and consultancy services to anyone needing to make a change in their lives, or want to help others do the same

Event Credit – full credit towards our next wellness event

No Refund – Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date
