Our pricing is designed to scale with your needs. The plans shown provide a clear guide based on the number of data types you require, on a per-game basis. For example, if you need one data type for three games, you would choose a plan that accommodates that level of usage. We understand that every project is unique, so our listed plans serve as a starting point. We are happy to work with you to create a customized solution if you're interested in a specific combination of data, games, and rate limits that isn't covered by a standard plan.
Our primary support channel for all users is the #api-help channel on the official Liquipedia Discord server. When posting your question, please provide as much detail and context about your problem as possible to help us assist you effectively. If you require dedicated support from the Liquipedia team, we encourage you to consider upgrading to a Premium or above plan.
The LPDB API provides comprehensive esports data. We have 10 distinct data types which you'll find above under "Our Data Coverage". For a complete list of all data types and the specific fields available, please contact us for our detailed API documentation.
Currently, we accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal. We are actively working on a dedicated subscription and billing portal to automate this process for your convenience. In the meantime, all paid plans are handled via invoicing, which we will send directly to you. Plans under $1,000/month (before discounts) are billed on an annual basis. We offer a 12% discount for all annual commitments to thank you for your long-term partnership
Free access to the LPDB API (subject to our Terms of Use) is strictly reserved for the following use cases: • Educational Purposes: This includes school or university projects and personal learning endeavors. • Non-Commercial Public Websites: Projects that serve the public interest but do not monetize and do not duplicate existing Liquipedia features. • Community Feature Development: Building innovative new features for the esports community that are not currently available on Liquipedia. Requirements & Duration: For all of the above, we require that your project’s code be open-sourced. In most instances, free access is provided on a limited-time basis. However, if your project is built for the sole purpose of contributing to the community, we are happy to discuss extended or indefinite access. Truly exceptional features might even be considered for official onboarding at Liquipedia! If your project does not meet these criteria, please select one of our commercial plans. What is never accepted: To protect our community and data integrity, we will not grant access to: 1. Betting-Related Projects: Any project involving real or virtual currency gambling. 2. Policy Violations: Anything that infringes upon Liquipedia Policies. 3. Liquipedia Replicas: Websites or tools that attempt to replicate the Liquipedia user experience or features already available on our platform.
Our API provides data for every game with an active wiki on Liquipedia. Generally speaking, if you can find a dedicated wiki for a game on our site and it's being actively updated, the data is supported by the LPDB API. To see the full list of games we cover, please visit the "Game Coverage" section on our website. From there, you can browse all the individual wikis and explore the specific data available for each game.
Our key differentiator is our unmatched historical depth and breadth. We cover more games, and within each game we cover everything from the most premier events down to the grassroots tournaments, and maintain the deepest historical archive, giving you a more complete picture of the esports ecosystem than any other provider.
