Hello, my name is Kyler Bourne. I am a Huntington University graduate (’23) with a BS in Business & Marketing and now work at eimagine as a part of the training and development team! I also am a second-year Orr Fellow, serving as a Programming and Events Coordinator for the DEI team and a Co-school Lead for the Southern Indiana Recruitment team.

I am very passionate about my faith in the Lord and the calling to value the stories of all people regardless of background, age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, education, etc. I feel called to serve in spaces to care and advocate for diverse experiences, ensuring people feel loved and welcomed. I will continue to champion my belief in belonging, vulnerability, and authenticity to help shape the future I believe in. I’m thrilled to be in the Indy area and am always looking for new connections and experiences!!!
