I write about racing ultramarathons for Donner Party Mountain Runners, a 501 (c) nonprofit in Truckee, CA, where I have served on the board of directors.
I run and write to celebrate the drive powering the vibrance of life in people. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in cognitive science with studies in human medicine. I have been pursuing my understanding of human nature through writing, running and scrolling through Instagram.
