About Me
Hello! I’m Eliana Summer-Galai. I’m a strategic idealist at heart, drawn to patterns in systems, stories, and the hidden connections that shape how change happens.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, imagination, and execution. Whether I’m decoding complex funding landscapes, designing regenerative financial models, or helping organizations craft futures they actually want to live in, I focus on turning complexity into clarity, and bold ideas into action.
I care deeply about building better systems, not just navigating broken ones. That means asking better questions, pushing beyond short-term urgency, and helping purpose-driven organizations move from reactive problem-solving to visionary, long-term change.
I’ve spent the past 15+ years working across global development, humanitarian response, social entrepreneurship, and impact finance, working with grassroots movements, UN agencies, startups, INGOs, and multilateral funds. I’ve helped shaped bold new strategies, raise millions in funding, and built platforms like Impact Funding and LEAPO Futures to make this work more accessible.
But beyond the strategy decks and spreadsheets, I care about meaningful conversations and thoughtful problem-solving. I believe the best ideas come from asking deeper questions and holding space for imagination, even when the world feels overwhelming.
