Hi, I’m Fran: a Non-Diet Nutritionist and Recipe Developer based in Ontario,Canada. I take the over complicated world of wellness and make it more approachable for real life. I’ve done it all and found myself very burnt out after trying to keep up with the world of wellness. Making peace with food, letting go of the negative chatter and feeling good are the priorities here. 

Despite my years of culinary experience, I post recipes for real life. Quick and clever combos to make weeknight dinners fun and less stressful as well as tips and tricks to make your kitchen more fun and functional. Whether you are feeding yourself or a family of picky eaters, I'm sure there is something for everyone. 

With this newsletter I aim to provide you with a taste of what my one on one support looks like: an ongoing conversation of practical tips, recipes, inspirations and deeper reflections to help you feel better in and away from the kitchen.
