Jeremy is the founder of Goodly Coaching, where he helps adults build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits. After starting his career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, he opened Goodly to create a welcoming space for purposeful, full-body training. He’s passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process.

Meet Coach Hannah!
Hannah was born and raised in Texas and played sports her entire life, including Division I indoor and beach volleyball in college. After several years working in physical therapy, she transitioned into personal training. Now coaching in Austin, Hannah is passionate about helping others build strength, prevent injury, and confidently pursue their fitness goals.

Meet Coach Matthew!
Matthew was born and raised in Austin and developed a passion for sports and fitness at an early age. Playing Division I college football deepened his appreciation for training, especially after overcoming multiple injuries. His experience fuels his commitment to helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence in their own fitness journey.

Meet Coach Bayla!
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Bayla now lives in Austin with her fiancé and daughter, Nova. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University. Bayla is deeply passionate about nutrition and movement, believing they are the true foundation for a strong, healthy, and vibrant life.

Meet Coach Mary!
Mary brings years of coaching experience and a diverse training background to Goodly Coaching. She began her career in CrossFit before transitioning into strength and conditioning, earning certifications in weightlifting, Olympic lifting, strongman, endurance, kettlebells, and FRC. Mary is passionate about helping members build strength, confidence, and long-term success.

Meet Coach Paxton!
Paxton brings energy and a lifelong love of movement to Goodly Coaching. With a background in professional dance and certification through ISSA since 2020, she coaches both personal training and small group sessions. A three-time HYROX finisher, Paxton combines creativity, grit, and enthusiasm to help members build strength and confidence.
