Clarification around client SDK project statuses

The Zowe Client Python SDK (and Kotlin and Java SDKs) is listed as GA on Zowe.org. Is this the right status given the maturity of these SDKs?

This is what was asked of TSC at some point in the past.
Does it mean that you believe that they should be either LTS or Technical Preview?

I am wondering if they should be GA or Technical Preview.

For the Python SDK, we are still publishing new versions of the Python SDK with a Pre-release tag (https://pypi.org/project/zowe-python-sdk-bundle/#history), and it has not been a focus of the CLI Squad for several PIs, so I think Technical Preview would make more sense for the Python SDK.

GA might make sense for the Kotlin and Java SDKs. I am not sure.
