Fix zig std api breaking list:

• zig std had removed meta.trait
  ziglang/zig@d5e21a4
  std: remove meta.trait ziglang/zig#18061
• std.fs: split Dir into IterableDir
  std.fs: split Dir into IterableDir ziglang/zig#12060
• rework std.atomic
  rework std.atomic ziglang/zig#18085

Make sure to test that it builds with -Doptimize=ReleaseSafe
